I'm a body-mind practitioner, Somatic Coach and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) with more than two decades of working with the relationship between stress, trauma, physiology and the nervous system, guiding people not just to understand or cope, but to thrive.
A somatic Bodywisdom approach is deeper than mindset or strategies.
